Scheduling a televisit in Castor is quick and intuitive—users can create an appointment within the televisit planner by defining the session details, date, time, duration, and attendees.

Participants and site staff receive email invitations with automatic reminders sent one day and ten minutes before the session. During the televisit, site staff can engage with participants while seamlessly entering study data into their records.
