Are you using Castor for medical research? As of 2018, we will be awarding the most promising research project being conducted in Castor! Besides eternal glory, this award also consists of a personal financial grant of €3000.
We believe that medical research should be open and collaborative and thus we want to stimulate the sharing of ideas and networking among researchers. This is an opportunity for you to spread the word about your research project, in addition to being recognized and rewarded for your dedication and hard work. Here is how to participate:
Share a brief summary of your research with us. On our blog, we will publish ongoing research projects conducted in Castor. All researchers who share their research will be eligible for the award. To participate, send us a few paragraphs describing your research project at [email protected]. Please include:
- Your name and affiliation
- A picture of yourself (or your team)
- A picture that is relevant for your project
- Title of the study
- Brief background – why your research is relevant
- Brief overview of the study setup / methods
- How you are using Castor for your research
Each quarter we will select 2 finalists, for a total of 8. At the end of the year, we will invite all finalists to present their research to our jury at Castor HQ. This will be an evening filled with food, drinks and most importantly, you presenting your research to our jury and potentially winning the Castor Research Award.
